MEET BIO MAIZE

Fiber 100% made of bamboo with no use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers due to its natural antibiotic agents, favoring organic cultivation. Its renewal is fast, with higher production per planted area and high CO₂ absorption compared to other replanted forests. Naturally, the fiber is obtained with no generation and disposal of industrial waste.

In normal conditions of use and manufacturing, its resistance to hydrolysis is higher.

Permits the direct injection of the sole to the upper

Product that allows direct injection and does not require mechanical sanding to prepare the soles to adhere to the upper safely, reducing costs of the manufacturing, energy and processes as well as waste generation.

Has protection against fungi and bacteria already applied
Restricted substances according to national standard

Restricted substances within the limits of ABNT NBR 16905:2020 to reduce impacts on the human health and the environment.

Composition: 40% Fabric (100% Bamboo Fiber)/ 60% PU.

Recommendations: We recommend prior consultation by the client in case s/he intends to make any type of application or finishing over the original material in order to analyze its chemical and functional compatibilities. This product is intended exclusively for the use in footwear uppers. The client must analyze the need of limiting laminate lengthening in more elastic synthetic laminates. Please consult your adhesive supplier for an adequate choice.

ITS RESISTANCE TO HYDROLYSIS IS HIGHER.
