NO NEED OF DYEING CONSEQUENTLY SAVING WATER, DYES AND PIGMENTS

Recycled fibers that do not require dyeing process and the sub-sequential effluents treatment resulting of this process. The use of recycled cotton also avoids textile waste and disposal on industrial landfills.

ANTIVIRAL

The ANTIVIRAL technology has attributes that make viral DNA/RNA reduce its infectious capacity managing to inactivate enveloped viruses, such as influenza virus, herpes virus, coronavirus, among others. The ANTIVIRAL can be used for different types of substrates.

NO NEED OF SANDING

Product that allows direct injection and does not require mechanical sanding to prepare the soles to adhere to the upper safely, reducing costs of the manufacturing processes as well as waste generation.

RESTRICTED SUBSTANCES ACCORDING
TO NATIONAL STANDARD

Restricted substances within the limits of ABNT NBR 16905:2020 to reduce impacts on the human health and the environment.

Recommendations: We recommend a preliminary chemical and functional compatibility check by the client, in case he or she intends to make any application and/or finishing on the original material. This product is exclusively for shoe uppers. When bonding the upper, application of auxiliary products may be necessary, depending on the characteristics of the polymeric material used in the sole. Ask your adhesive supplier in order to choose the most suitable products and process.

IN NORMAL CONDITIONS OF USE AND MANUFACTURING,
ITS RESISTANCE TO HYDROLYSIS IS HIGHER.
