Caimi & Liaison can share your data with partners, third-party or between companies belonging to the Caimi & Liaison Group, as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes established in this Policy and for the due delivery of our services such as: Commercial Representation, Transportation, Custom Agents, compulsory public bodies, cloud service delivery, work health clinics (in case of job candidates).

EDITING/DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
We at Caimi & Liaison will treat your personal data with elevated levels of protection and guarantee your privacy during the entire time you are our active or inactive client, browsing through our platforms and using our services, or potential client with whom we share our offers of products and services. As Caimi & Liaison deems necessary or convenient, your data will be inactivated and protected in our database. Note: data will be deleted after thorough analysis that evidences the inexistence of impact in the legal commitment of other legislations such as tax, occupational or social security/pension.
